Exporting USD from Revit with revit autodesk materials

Hi,

I am using the Omniverse USD exporter to save out a revit file as USD as a project locally. When I publish the project, eventhough i have selected the “use autodesk materials” in the export options there are no materials exported with it.

Do i manually need to locate the autodesk materials to link it with the exported USD file or is there another way?

So the file opens in USD Composer normally, but all red, or all grey or something? No materials? Does it say it is missing materials in the Console? If you don’t select “use autodesk materials” what is the alternative? If you click on something in USD Composer, does it have the mdl assigned, but RED because its missing? I would need some screenshots.
