Facing issue while installing nvidia jetpack sdk's

I am using jetson xavier nx of 16gb emmc module and followed the procedure given by nvidia to flash the OS. While installing nvidia jetpack SDK through apt. I am facing no space left on device issue. How to move these SDK’s to external storage or what is the best way to get rid of this issue?.

Choose NVMe in Step 5 when flashing with SDKM:
