Firmware Load Error for 8265

I recently installed the Intel Dual Band Wireless-Ac 8265 board and when I boot up I get the following error;
“Direct firmware load for iwlwifi-8625-25.ucode failed with error -2” followed by “Falling back to user helper”.
After the Nano boots it does connect to the Wifi but I notice a significant hit on performance.
Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Is there an antena attached? Any log or performance data could be shared?

So you are able to connect to the wifi, but got performance issue right?

Could you share the test you did and the log you captured?
