There seems to be mismatch between the design guide and the devkit 3509 about the SDA and the SCL lines.
According to the design guide:
HDMI SCL 90/98
HDMI SDL 92/100
on the devkit design its
HDMI SCL 100
HDMI SDL 98
which is correct?
