Help with Quark Carrier for NVIDIA® Jetson Xavier™ NX, system reset

hi there,
I am using Quark Carrier for NVIDIA® Jetson Xavier™ NX and i want to use the system reset (Software) I believe its pin#25 on the GPIO, should i connect to high or low?
