HOST PC can't detect Custom board Micro-USB

HOST PC: Ubuntu18.04
Custom board: Jetson Orin NX 8GB, JetPack 5.1.2

Using lsusb, HOST PC can detect Custom board Micro-USB(0955:7423) in recory mode, but
no Micro-USB(0955:7020) was detected after Custom board system startup.
