I cannot find a setting in lights for this…
try using a disklight, and set a small cone value in that property.
Hey thanks, an idea worth trying. But does not help with the reflections from the floor:
Rob Bryant had a trick on this on his show.
The lights Property / Specular Multiplier set to 0 kills the reflections on floor!
Light Shaping / Focus value is doing this too but in my case the light in characters face was cranked down to almost invisible…
