Since NVROS is for ROS Kinetic( Ubuntu 16.04 ) and Xavier for DRIVE software is Ubuntu 18.04, so I can not follow these steps.

We have the same problem. An upgrade of NvROS to ROS-melodic would be a good solution for us.
