How to enter UEFI menu with "ESCAPE" key?

Hi NV_Teams,

I can see the UEFI menu when prompted “Press ESCAPE for boot options” on the AGX Orin devkit.
I plugin USB Keyboard and press “ESCAPE” key, but not recognize USB Keyboard and “ESCAPE” key pressed.

Thanks.

Hi,

USB keyboard is on the host side, not Orin.

Okay, Thanks.

Hi WayneWWW,

I got a mistake, do you mean the USB Keyboard connect to Ubuntu X86 Host to press ‘ESCAPE’ key? or the USB Keyboard connect Orin and press ‘ESCAPE’ key?
I tried both methods and all failed to enter boot options.
Thanks.

On the host, because the control of the UART console is on the host side.

Hi,

I connect MircoUSB and Type-C cable between Orin and Ubuntu Host PC, and get /dev/ttyACM*.
Then connect a USB Keyboard on Ubuntu Host PC, but when I press ‘ESCAPE’ key there no response with Orin and not get in boot option of Orin.

Thanks.

Are you sure you can give any input to jetson through the UART console?

Hi,

Do you mean use the below command to control from UART console?
“$ minicom -D /dev/ttyACM0”

Yes, I got it. Thanks.
