Dear @allen.zhu , This looks an issue when processing ISX031 cameras. You have to use only DOS 6.0.6? Is it possible to test with DOS 6.0.10 + DW 5.20? Did you to save RAW file using --write-file=output.raw parameter and notice this issue or trying to display the output?

It requires few changes in DW library code to enable support for ISX031 to read RAW data. Unfortunately, it is not available and patch library also can not be release now. Please use nvsipl_camera if you intended to capture RAW data.

This issue is noticed with ISX031 sensors when using DW. Please consider using NvMedia SIPL library if you want to use RAW images of the camera module.
