How to use SF3325(AR0231) camera on NVIDIA DRIVE Orin devkit

I’m trying to use the SF3325 with NVIDIA Drive ORIN. In other posts, I see that the --platform-config option for commands like nvsipl_camera is set to SF3325_CPHY_x2, but I get an error when I try this option.

$ sudo ./nvsipl_camera --platform-config “SF3324_CPHY_x2” --link-enable-masks “0x0011 0x0000 0x0000 0x0000”
nvsipl_camera: ERROR: INvSIPLQuery::GetPlatformCfg failed. status: 1

Although this camera is listed as supported, there are also reports from others saying it isn’t working. I have also reached out to the onsemi forum, but they referred me back to NVIDIA. What steps do I need to take to use this camera?

did you receive the files from onsemi to bring up the SF3325 camera?

command seems to use SF3324 config. is it a typo in command?

It is a typo when writing the forum. SF3324_CPHY_x2 and SF3325_CPHY_x2 also give the same error.

. /nvsipl_camera -h does not show the SF3324 and SF3325 config.

Bu default, DRIVE OS don’t have files to run these camera modules. You need to get the files from onsemi to bring up these camera modules as indicated in DRIVE AGX Orin Sensors & Accessories | NVIDIA Developer

Did they share files with you to bring up the camera module?

I received the SF3325 NITO file from onsemi and copied it to /usr/share/camera.
But nvsipl_camera does not show SF3325 options. Please tell me how to use the NITO file.

Did they just share only NITO files?
I shared onsemi contact details to customer in the topic Unable to use ./sample_camera for Sekonix SF3325-100 GMSL Camera on Drive AGX Orin OS 6.0.6 , I see customer could get the needed files and run the camera module.
I am sharing the onsemi contact details to you via PM. Please double check the needed files to bring up the camera module.
