I can't find the Audio2face tool window

I’m using the 2022.1.1-rc3 version.

Hello @teotavares! Look under the Audio2Face Tab on the main horizontal menu bar. You should see options for these menus:

  • A2F Data Conversion
  • Audio2Face Tool
  • Character Transfer Tool

If they don’t have a checkmark by them, just click on them to open the menu.

hi Wendy
i only needed to restart my pc, and now works, fine.

Thanks

hello,I cant find the Audio2Face Tab on the main horizontal menu bar.

Could you please send your latest Audio2Face log file? It should be located inside C:\Users\<USERNAME>\.nvidia-omniverse\logs\Kit\Audio2Face on Windows and ~/.nvidia-omniverse/logs/Kit/Audio2Face on Linux?

It looks like you have 2 graphic cards, Intel(R) UHD Graphics 770 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070.
Can you disable the non-RTX one from device manager and try again?

thank you!I will try that :)

I disabled Intel(R) UHD Graphics 770,but it does not work. The log shows that "[Error] [omni.ext._impl._internal] Failed to import python module omni.audio2face.core from d:\omniverse\lib\audio2face-2023.2.0\exts\omni.audio2face.core. @1602497099 another possibility could be related to the use of special character as your username (群青). last i checked, OV needs english characters. do you have another account/computer that you can try on to confirm this?

thanks for that!
