I tried to compile isaac_ros_apriltag source code manually
Create the src directory in docker and clone isaac_ros_apriltag to the src directory.
Due to the lack of isaac_ros_nitros, clone GitHub - NVIDIA-ISAAC-ROS/isaac_ros_nitros: NVIDIA Isaac Transport for ROS package for hardware-acceleration friendly movement of messages to the src directory, and an error occurs when executing the following content in the src directory:

export CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH=/usr/local/cuda-11.4/targets/aarch64-linux/include:$CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH
export C_INCLUDE_PATH=/usr/local/cuda-11.4/targets/aarch64-linux/include:$C_INCLUDE_PATH

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/cuda-11.4/targets/aarch64-linux/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH

colcon build

The error is as follows

How to solve libnvToolsExt.so link error

We are working to add new examples and also to compile all packages directly.
For Isaac ROS apriltags, when you run

from the workspace

cd ${ISAAC_ROS_WS}/src

Clone all required packages

git clone https://github.com/NVIDIA-ISAAC-ROS/isaac_ros_common.git
git clone https://github.com/NVIDIA-ISAAC-ROS/isaac_ros_apriltag.git
git clone https://github.com/NVIDIA-ISAAC-ROS/isaac_ros_nitros.git
git clone https://github.com/NVIDIA-ISAAC-ROS/isaac_ros_image_pipeline.git

Run the docker

cd ${ISAAC_ROS_WS}/src/isaac_ros_common && \
  ./scripts/run_dev.sh

and compile from the container

colcon build --symlink-install
