Detailed Description

I am unable to load any URDF or USD file in the simulation environment. In 4.2, they were quite good and now IsaacSim simply gets frozen.

Error Messages

I can’t see any errors or anything, seems like, I can’t find the logs too. (Need help accessing them too)

What I’ve Tried

Simply tried to open my URDF/USD files to run simulations and none are working.

I have the same issue in isaacsim4.5

Isaac Sim logs are located at:

~/.nvidia-omniverse/logs/Kit/Isaac-Sim*/4.5/

@shakeelsindhu @Naf.H Is this issue occurring only when opening a specific USD file? Could you please try opening some of the Isaac Sim Assets to see if the problem persists?

The URDF import simply crashes IsaacSim4.5 while the USD files which were fine previously now some of them are loaded with multiple errors (like ZED Camera missing, Assets errors, so and so).

I’ve reinstalled 4.2 to see if I am still able to use IsaacSim.

I will share further logs for inspection and your take-on on them.

This could suggest you are running out of graphics memory. GPU Vram. Are you importing a massive model? Either way it is a crash with the video card
