Detailed Description
When opening the rough_plane.usd file from the Isaac\Environments\Terrains directory in the 4.5 version asset package, it seems that the material files are not loaded from the asset package. Even after setting it as a local asset,

it still reports an error citing network issues. Is this a problem with the USD file itself or with my launch parameter settings?
