Jetpack 5.0 Developer Preview downgrade failure

I use SDKManager to successfully update Jetson NX to Jetpack 5.0 Developer Preview version. And successfully run Jetson Linux 34.1.

However, when I want to downgrade Jetpack 4.6.1, I found that SDKManager cannot successfully write the system, and the system in the SD card is still the previous system.

I manually write SD Card Image, the system cannot start.

Can you format your SD Card to ext4 and run SDK Manager to install JetPack-4.6.1?
