Jetpack L4T Components Manager download ERROR

hi,everyone!My OS is Ubuntu 16.06 64bit.I used this system in VM.I used script named JetPack-L4T-3.2-linux-x64_b196.run.When I run the script and input the install directory and download directory,click Next button,then I can see the Components Manager.At the bottom of the interface,the process bar notices me error!
how can I solve this problem!
by the way,I can use the Ubuntu to surf the Inernet!

If you use a VM for host it is expected to fail.

Thanks for your reply!There is another problem here,at the first time, I installed Jetpack and flashed Jetson tx2 with Ubuntu 14.04 64bit in a VM, and I’m sure that I have installed Jetpack and flashed Jetson completely.But now,I want to reflash Jetson, and I use the Ubuntu 16.04 in VM. This time,I can’t download the components packages.

Do I have to use a physical machine?

It seems China DNS server not resolved completely, maybe your issue was due to this, our IT team is looking into this issue now.

But, please not using VM for installation.

Today I try to download the Jetpack packages,but the components manager still error!
