JetPack Components Manager Does Not Work


I tried to install Jetpack 4.1 EA.
But, JetPack 4.1 Components Manager does not display any packages.
I first suspected a proxy, but it did not improve even in a proxy-free environment.

Jetpack.log is shown below.

10-29 09:27:42.5 N: GoogleAnalytics enabled
10-29 09:27:42.5 E: fopen failed with file local.db, errno = 2

The usage environment is as follows.
Host PC : Surface Book2
OS : Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS

What should I do to solve this problem?

Are you means your components Manager is show Error? or blank?
Please check your network is workable and connect your local network via the Ethernet cable to the developer kit’s Ethernet port.

Thank you for your quick response.

Components Manager shows blank, does not show error.

After, I was able to set up Xavier by rebooting the host PC.
I am thinking the reason is that the DNS setting I changed was wrong.

Connection environments that I can set up are as follows.
Host PC to Net : mobile Wifi
Host PC to Xavier: USB-LAN adapter(Host PC only) and cross LAN cable
Xavier to Net : mobile Wifi by connecting USB
