Jetson AGX Orin Developer Kit - Hardware Failure / Unable to Power On

Dear NVIDIA Supporter,

Issue Description:
The device fails to power on. When connecting the official 90W AC adapter, the adapter’s LED indicator blinks continuously, and the device shows no sign of activity (no fan spin, no LED illumination on the board).

Troubleshooting Performed:

  1. Tested with different power outlets and confirmed the adapter works with other devices.
  2. Attempted to enter Force Recovery Mode using both standard methods (holding the Recovery button while powering on, and using the Reset button combination).
  3. Connected the device via USB-C to a Linux host to verify recovery mode. The command lsusb does not list any NVIDIA Corp. APX device.
  4. Inspected the board for any physical damage or burning smells, but found none.

Please let me know if you need any further information or logs. I look forward to your assistance.

Thank you.
