Jetson AGX Xavier suddenly reboot issue

Hi,
I used Jetson AGX Xavier(JetPack 4.4),when the electricity comes on, sometimes Jetson AGX Xavier suddenly reboot.

I do steps:

  1. open some debug:
    +CONFIG_PREEMPT=y
    +CONFIG_DEBUG_KERNEL=y
    +CONFIG_KLLSYMS=y
    +CONFIG_SPINLOCK_SLEEP=y

  2. echo “8 6 1 7” > /proc/sys/kernel/printk

3. echo 1 > /proc/sys/kernel/panic_on_oops

But I didn’t catch anything by console serial port,

I’m sorry these CAMERA SENSOR logs are causing confusion,in fact, you’ll have these prints when you don’t reboot. The camera log can be ignored, that’s just a truncated version of the log.

BTW,can you tell me what RESET triggers are available on the XAVIER platform?

We have measured 5V and 12V power supply with oscilloscope, both of which are stable and no shortage is found.

In addition, we found a strange phenomenon that we use metal objects to touch the ground to restart.
Instead of typing in the command “reboot,” this reboot acts like a hardware reboot, which starts right away, just like pressing the RESET button.
We use an oscilloscope to monitor the RESET pin at this time. The RESET pin does not change and is always at a high level.

In addition to the RESET button and the command Reboot, what other RESET trigger mode can be used to hard reboot?

you may exclude battery power supply for issue narrow down; please use a DC supply to observe the real input voltage and current to make sure if the shutdown caused by less power supply capability.
