Jetson AGX Xavier, USB3.1 (UPHY_6) USB detection in pc

We have custom carrier board for jetson AGX Xavier industrial module. We have Type-C connector, USB2.0 Lines connected to USB1 and USB3.1 lines are connected to UPHY_TX6 lines. I also have PD controller only to provide 5V power to the Type-C Connector (external world). We configured PD Controller in DRP mode. when we connected mobile to the Type-C connector (board) there we are able to detect my mobile (able to transfer files and able to charge the mobile also)
but when we connected to Type C ) to PC through Type-c to type-A cable then Jetson is not detecting. For jetson to detect in PC do we need change any configuration in Jeston. Can any one help on this? Please find the schematics
