Err… mouse and ttyACM0 are two different things.
For ttyACM0, I mean “power on your jetson, connect a micro usb cable between your host and jetson nano”.
As for the mouse, it is just a test to make sure the usb hub on jetson nano really has power or not. The mouse has nothing to do with host. I don’t really care the mouse can be detected on host or not…

You don’t need that. Do not put device into recovery mode. You are not flashing device now.
Please check my comment #2 and dump the log from jetson nano side.
And also check if there is cdc_acm driver on your host lsmod.
I checked, there is no cdc_acm in lsmod
Does “modprobe cdc_acm” give you the driver?

Just a kind reminder… if you want share a log, share it as a text file instead of such pictures. It is not able to search info on a picture.
Also, your picture does not capture where you said got stuck.
Also, how many jetson nano device do you have? And how many sdcard is available on your side?
I would suggest you can swap the device or sdcard here to verify if other device or card can work or not.
i have 2 board jetson nano, 2 sd card follow, both jetson have the same proplem as #1 I take picture. Sorry about that, here is the problem, it has been like that for a while
Could you dump the log from uart during flash? The instructions is in comment #2.
Is your Ubuntu machine a native one or VM/VB?

I think that I figure out the problem. Thanks for your support. I use SD card 32 GB inside jetson nano box so it is not working well (both 2 box I have) and today I decide to buy a new SD card and it works. AMAZING. Anyway thanks for your support
Yes, that was why I asked to swap sdcard. This is still unknown that some sd card seems not working.
