Jetson Nano not booting. Power receiving form Barrel Jack but not from Micro-USB.

Hello all,

Jetson Nano was working fine for 8 months. Suddenly it stopped booting.
Next day, green led (that shows power being received) also stopped glowing.

The Jetson Nano receives power if I use Barrel jack but not from Micro-USB but it is still not booting.
I also connected the Micro-Usb to laptop for data but no output in dmsg.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Please record the serial console log. Check

• Start record the serial console log
• Power on your Jetson Nano

Thank You for the reply.
I followed the article you suggested in the link and tried to get the output from the serial console log.
But did not receive any output, as shown in the link.
I am uploading a screen shot of my screen

I had doubt that the usb to ttl cable might not be working, so i tested it on raspberrry pi. I was able to send the message on it. Uploading screen shot of that also.
