I need help with my Jetson Nano. Here’s what happened:
Initial Setup:
I flashed the SD card with the Jetson Nano image and completed the initial setup (choosing language, region, username, password, etc.).
First Boot:
After completing the setup, the monitor displayed the home page. However, before I could do anything, the display turned off, and the system seemed to power cycle.
Issue:
After the initial boot, the system didn’t turn on again. I thought it might be restarting, but it remained off for a long time.
When I plug in the power supply, I noticed the green power LED turns on for about 1 second and then turns off.
Troubleshooting:
I reflashed the SD card with a fresh image, thinking it might be an issue with the OS, but the problem persists.
The behavior is the same: The green power LED blinks briefly when the power is applied but then turns off immediately.
Current Situation:
Every time I connect or disconnect the power, the LED glows for about 1 second and then turns off.
Request for Help:
Can someone help me troubleshoot this? I have an urgent project demo for my college, and I need the Jetson Nano working as soon as possible.
USB, I feel if it was the power issue it shouldn’t have supported the display mouse keyboard for initial setup in first place
please correct me and help me resolving this ASAP
That does not matter. If the power LED cannot not light up, it has nothing related to software. It is a pure hardware defect. if you are sure your power supply is correct.
