The original source code of 36.3 has hotplug gpio in dtsi file . So it is not necessary to add the hotplug gpio into the kernel dtb manually.

Do you have other monitor to test? Especially Orin Nano does not support 4k@60 monitor.

Also, what is the flash command you are using here? I don’t think p3768-0000-p3767-0000-a0-nvme.conf should be in use.
