Jetpack 6.0 - issues with MIPI camera and gamepad after system update

I upgraded the Jetson Orin Nano 8 GB dev-kit to Jetpack 6.0 and suddenly encountered problems in handling external components. The first thing is a problem with the Arducam IMX219 camera, the system simply does not detect it. The camera is connected via15-22 pin cable and I validated all paths with the documentation. There is no device in /dev/video0. I am attaching logs from dmesg after system startup:

Unfortunately, there is no visibility of the pad in /dev/input/js0.

I’m guessing this all has to do with an early version of Jetpack 6.0, since on version 5.1.2 everything works.

For the IMX219, please enable it by jetson-io to confirm.

Another issue - Xsens IMU does not work via USB. The device is not recognized as I noticed in dmesg. With 5.1.2 everything works plug & play. As far as I remember, in older version of Jetpack I fixed it by building xsens_mt and copying it into kernel modules. Here the problem is that I can not build the module:

I thought there is some auto selection procedure, my fault. Passing sensor_id=1 solves the problem since the camera were connected to CAM1 port. Thank you for your support. I will create new topic for the rest of the issues.
