Jetson TX2 USB not working after flashing Jetpack 3.2 (L4T 28.2)

Hello,

I am facing an issue with my Jetson TX2. I have flashed the recent Jetpack 3.2 and then I am not able to use the USB port. The USB port previously worked on Jetpack 3.1. What could be the possible issue?. the command lsusb doesn’t print anything at all.

What is your carrier board?
Is it the default devkit or a custom carrier board?

It is a custom carrier board!!
