Lidar X4 doesn't work

Screenshot from 2022-02-04 08-41-50

  1. I install ydlidar_ros_driver follow this → GitHub - YDLIDAR/ydlidar_ros_driver: ydlidar driver package under ros
  2. When I use roslaunch, lidar stops working after running for a while. (The attached image is the error log for that situation)
  3. When lidar is connected to the USB port and the NANO is turned on, lidar is automatically started. In this case, the keyboard is not connected. If you want to use the keyboard, you need to disconnect and reconnect lidar. However, in this case, lidar does not work as roslaunch and shows the corresponding error log.
  4. If roslaunch fails, the ttyUSB port number jumps from 0 to 1 and again from 1 to 0.

Anyone can help me? When I searched, no one had the same problem as me. That’s why I came here to ask for help because I don’t have any information. please help me.

You can share the dmesg when the error happens so that we can know why the keyboard does not work when lidar is in use.
