Lidar X4 not working on Jetson NANO

I left an inquiry once before, but there was no response, so I’ll post it again

My environment: Jetson NANO 2GB, 64GB sd card, lidar X4

I run ydlidar_test from YDLidar-SDK(GitHub - YDLIDAR/YDLidar-SDK: Driver for receiving YD LiDAR data and more...)

I’ve been having this problem for a few days now and it’s been running fine on Jetson Xavier. I have two NANOs and run each of them, but the same problem appears. Plz help me.

HI,

When the error happened, what is the “lsusb” result you see on your side?

Bus 002 Device 002: ID 0bda:0411 Realtek Semiconductor Corp.
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0003 Linux Foundation 3.0 root hub
Bus 001 Device 006: ID 1a2c:4d7e China Resource Semico Co., Ltd
Bus 001 Device 007: ID 18f8:1286
Bus 001 Device 008: ID 10c4:ea60 Cygnal Integrated Products, Inc. CP210x UART Bridge / myAVR mySmartUSB light
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 0bda:5411 Realtek Semiconductor Corp.
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub

It is the result

Is your lidar listed above?

Yes 10c4:ea60 is my lidar

Is this “lsusb” really from the scenario that your lidar fails to work?

yes sure

Then we have no idea about your issue. Please consult with the lidar vendor for help.

Also check if the lidar is able to get external power source. Looks when other usb devices are sharing, it will fail to work.
