Loading robots from USD files

Hi all, will this feature be available with the next preview release or only once Isaac Gym has been ported to Omniverse?

Hi @julian.esser, do you have any recent information about the usage of .usd files in Isaac Gym? I desperately need to use .usd file because of loop closures on articulation chains. This is not possible in .urdf nor .mjcf formats, as both are tree structures that do not allow loops.

The whole thing shall be available now in the Nvidia ISAAC SIM 2022.1, although I need to run Isaac Gym Preview 3 for a special repository.

I would like to ask any nvidia dev here, if they could elaborate on how to load .usd into one of the Isaac Gyme Previews, if not possible whether one can create some kind of a workaround?
