Nano will not power on

I tried jumpering J48 to use the barrel jack, and ever since then, the device will not power on. Neither with the jumper and the barrel jack connector, nor without the jumper and USB power.

Is there a hard reset on these things anywhere? Should I proceed with a RMA?

Hi, jumper is just for disabling USB power input. Did you try barrel jack without jumper? Also you can try to short pin 1 and 2 of J40 to power on manually. If still fail, looks like some components broken, it needs RMA.
