Issues with J28 / Barrel Connector

As others have noted in the forum, this Jetson Nano carrier board has power issues apparently. When using a high quality 2A USB power supply, sometimes it will boot but sometimes not. I’ve jumpered J28 but the barrel connector won’t power the board.

Is there anything other than J28 jumper needed to power the Nano using the front barrel connector?
