Jetson Nano can't boot

I used 5V/4A adapter with J25 and jumped J48

When I turn on the power, it is this picture.

I tried jump J40 P1&P2 (power button) to select each option, but it didn’t work.

Can anyone tell me what happened?

Hi, looks like something has been damaged on your board during shipping. This is absolutely not normal behavior. Please RMA this unit and provide the RMA# here so that we can track this unit.
