Jetson Nano power supply trouble

You have successfully set up your Jetson Nano.
At this time, power was supplied using a 5V2A AC adapter (microUSB cable).

However, I plugged in the jumper pin (J48) and changed to a 5V4A AC adapter (jack type).
Jetson Nano no longer starts.

The display remains a black screen after showing the NVIDIA logo.

By the way, even if you supply power again with the 5V2A AC adapter (microUSB cable),
The display remains a black screen after showing the NVIDIA logo.

I don’t know the cause. How can I start normally with a 5V4A AC adapter (jack type)?

it’s Jetson Nano Developer Kit requires a 5V power supply capable of supplying 2A current.
please double confirm you’d connect the J48 Power Select Header pins to disable power supply via Micro-USB, and using J25 (or J41) instead.

I have already connected the J48 power selection header pin and used J25 to get a boot error.

hello yoshifumi_watanabe_aa,

we’re doing the same to connect the J48 power select header pins to disable power supply via Micro-USB, and enable power-supply via J25.
however, we cannot reproduce the failure locally.

could you please setup a serial console and gather the bootloader logs for reference,
thanks
