Nvidia Driver Does Not Show Correct Resolution

I have an Nvidia NVS 310, and I am not getting the proper selection of resolutions on Linux Mint 19 Cinnamon 64bit with the 390 drivers.

The thread above details what I have tried(op is me), but I am running out of options. I am using a kvm switch, but my motherboard had no problem with 2560x1080, the open source drivers had no problem with 2560x1080, so I cannot figure out why this is so difficult.

Please add

Option "ModeDebug" "true"

to the device section of your xorg.conf, then run nvidia-bug-report.sh as root and attach the resulting .gz file to your post. Hovering the mouse over an existing post of yours will reveal a paperclip icon.
