Nvidia Jetson Nano not connected to my PC with micro USB

I have nvidia jetson nano 4GB Memory and 16 eMMC. I want to flash the os using host machine. The host machine (windows 10) doesnot connected the nvidia jetson nano using micro USB cable. my host machine connects to other devices (e.g. phone , raspberry pi, …), but does not detect the jetson nano. last month the jetson nano connected to the host machine, but now, it does not get connected.
i would be grateful if you help me.

This is not working for SDK manager, please have a host with Ubuntu 18.04.
