OK to be slightly over 20V on Xavier NX?

I am making a lithium ion battery pack for the Nvidia Jetson Xavier NX, and I have run into a dilemma with the pack voltage.

I will be connecting 5 lithium ion cells in series to result in 18.5v average power output (3.7v per cell). However, when all the batteries are at max charge, they can output up to 21v (4.2v per cell).

Would this hurt the Xavier NX, since I’ve seen the power specs for the board are 9v-20v?

Yes, it might hurt board if out of the range.
