Omnigraphs lidar possible bug/improvement

When using Action Graphs for collecting and publishing ros point cloud messages, the time stamp is added at the end of data collection. This is not correct according to standard convention. We should be able to add time stamp of the starting point to the point cloud. I didn’t find any way to do this. If any please suggest.

Hi - Sorry for the delay in the response. Let us know if you still having this issue/question with the latest Isaac Sim 2022.2.1 release.
