Omniverse installation failure

I cannot seem to install Omniverse with local Nucleu. This is in support of isaac sim.

Ubuntu 18.04 (for Jetson), GeForce RTX 2080 Ti x 7, driver 470.82.00, CUDA 11.4

When I run ‘omniverse-launcher-linux.AppImage’, it starts. I go to the Nucleus tab, and press Add Local Nucleus Service. I then fill in admin account dialog. It downloads workstation 202.2.5, and appears to hang with message ‘Installing …’

I have run the cleanup tool and retried this several times, with and without installing cache.

Any help appreciated …

@seth8 do you know if there was an older omniverse nucleus installed in the past? (before launcher)
what is the output of :
dpkg -l |grep omniverse

and does anything show up if you do systemctl status omniverse- and press tab a few times to let it autocomplete

Thanks for responding. I did get it to install by trying everything I could think of. I believe the problem is that the instructions were unclear about what the omniverse and admin accounts were for, and when I needed to be logged in to my nvidia developer account. Honestly, a rats nest … I sorted through it by noticing what appeared and disappeared as I tried logging in as one or the other.

But I am good now, and appreciate you following up with me. I do think that this portion of the experience needs to be completely documented …
