ORIN NANO 4GB版,常温开机失败,只有加热后才能正常开机

您好,我们产品使用 ORIN NANO 4GB版核芯板,目前已生产100台,其中有三台遇到了常温下核芯板开机失败问题,稳定复现:
1、当核芯板关机静置十分钟以上,等其温度降至室温(约 20 摄氏度),开机必无法启动,卡在加载CPU-Bootloader;
2、如果使用热风机对其进行吹风加热,使其温度在 50 摄氏度以上,必能开机(或者第一次开机失败时,等其30秒,使它因通电加热,然后再断电重启,也能开机);
3、目前出问题的核芯版 SN 为:1423524325869,1422724321104,1422724321263
