Orin nx核心板无法启动

我们使用ORIN NX 8G核心板,使用版本为Jetpack 5.1.1 [L4T 35.3.1],使用过程中一切正常, 在某次reboot软重启之后,发现核心板无法正常启动,现象到现在依然存在,请问下可能是什么原因

因為你開機失敗太多次,現在卡在recovery boot,這個log看不出任何問題

請先用上面的方法改回正常開機模式再抓log
還有,任何log都請附上文字檔,不要截圖更不要用翻拍螢幕的方式

最後再問一下你們是用DevKit (Xavier NX DevKit/Orin Nano DevKit) 還是custom board?

载板是我们自己研发的,日志的话,恢复后拉取历史的syslog是否可以

請你照我上面說的改回正常開機之後抓serial console log
syslog在這裡應該沒什麼用,而且你要可以抓syslog也要可以正常開機進系統
可以進系統的話應該也不需要我們support了

因为现在核心板问题还存在,那我现在直接抓取serial log是否可以呢?抓完之后,再进行恢复

我已經說了,你現在卡在recovery boot,這個情況下的開機log是沒有意義的

你現在可以用就好,因為如果改回去就能開的話就不是軟硬體真的有問題
我們也沒辦法知道一開始為什麼會跳進recovery boot

那这个后续应该还需要复现抓什么日志么,或者下一步应该怎么分析;因为现在也不知道什么原因导致的,如果我们产品出去了,再出现这个问题,就很麻烦

之前有人是沒有正常關機,直接斷電、就有可能讓file system出問題
但是看起來你的case不是這樣,我也不知道發生問題前你做了什麼所以很難分析

除了这个问题本身之外,如果没有走正常关机流程,直接断电,也有可能会出现这个问题么?

出问题之前,也就是不停的在reboot

直接斷電就有可能會讓file system出問題,如果剛好是EFI variable壞掉的話就會這樣
我只能說請避免在任何情況下直接斷電
