Issue Description
Two Ouster OS1-128 lidars, currently configured to multicast gives a timeout error when called on the Orin.
The lidars are connected to a switch, which is connected to mgbe0_0 Ethernet interface of the Orin.
ifconfig shows that the port supports multi cast.
Ping works. So we know that the Orin can see the sensors.
Two other generic Linux PCs are also connected to the switch. When the Ouster lidars are called there, both PCs can see and use the lidar data, simultaneously.
Our use case requires the Orin and one of the PCs to use the lidar data simultaneously, due to timing constraints.
