Out-of-Box Experience with NIVIDA Jetson Nano - Does not boot, boot log attached...

I’ve read:

Config:

  1. The board to is powered by via USB with a 5V 2A Raspberry Pi approved PSU (Adafruit).
  2. HDMI output is displayed by a DVI-D monitor (HDMI to DVI-D cable is used for the Nano). The display show the static NVIDIA logo at boot time but the process stops here.
  3. Ethernet connected.
  4. Flash card used: Transcend Premium 400x, 32GB microSD HC, Class 10 UHS-1.

You log indicates to boot from TFTP server and it is not the normal boot process.

Did you flash your sdcard with sdkmanager or did you use our sdcard image?

No, this is not normal. I flashed the SDCard under Windows7 x64 with “jetson-nano-sd-r32.2-2019-07-16.zip”.

Does this device need RMA’ed?

I would suggest you to find a ubuntu host and try sdkmanager first. However, if you insist RMA it, please file a RMA request.
