PCIe interface of TX2

Hello,

We have a question about the Jetson TX2 PCIe interface.

We used PCIe lanes from PCIe interface #2 (pins E41-42 and H41-42).
We want to use the clock - PEX0_REFCLK from PCIe interface #0 (pins A44-45).

We notice that if the other lanes from PCIe interface #0 aren’t connected the PEX0_REFCLK is not active.

Is there a way to use PEX0_REFCLK for PCIe interface #2?
