Hi there,
I have upgraded my graphics card from Nvidia RTX2060 Super to Nvidia RTX4070. Sadly the performance decreased massively. That means I am not able to play any game. I already tried to downgrade nvidia drivers to the 470s one (which I think do not really support this card, since only one monitor was working there) and then back, but nothing helped.
I also tried to run a live popOS USB version, but the performance there seems to be way slower.
Currently I use the unigine valley benchmark to verify my results.
For my old RTX2060 I am around 130 fps, for the new RTX4070 I am around 19 which cannot be right.
And yes I tried some games. CS:GO, God of War, Rocket League. All are stucking with the graphics.

The nvidia driver seems to be okay. Maybe I have to wait for newer version for the drivers, but I was not able to install the ones directly from the nvidia website, so maybe someone has the same problem.
Is there any possibility aside from installing windows to find out if it is really a driver problem or maybe a hardware one?
I am grateful for any help.
Sadly I cannot put the nvidia-bug-report.log.gz into this post (new user) so I put it here: TempFile.io — Download — nvidia-bug-report.log.gz
