Please recommended drivers to be installed for configuration mentioned in the image. Currently, we are facing crash of ISAAC SIM after few minutes of heavy usage. We have installed below mentioned driver for Ubuntu 20.04 currently.

Usually it is recommended to use the latest official drivers as specified on our driver download pages. In your case this would be 515.76.
Ideally you would use the integrated installation process of Ubuntu to make it easier and more robust ass compared to the rather involved process of using runfiles. You can for example check with nvidia-detector what packages are available as is. Or through the Software manager of Ubuntu.
That said, the ISAAC crash might not have anything to do with the driver version. For that you should check with our ISAAC community on how to best debug such a crash and possibly provide a crash dump to the experts.
