problem for auto power on of Self-defined carrier board

Hi,
I have problem for auto power on of Self-defined carrier board,Xavier can not powered up. But when i pushed the reset button after connected the source power,the Xavier powered up! As I know,the conditions for auto power on are below:
1.The main power VCC_SRC and VDD_5V are connected;
2.The boot strap was 000 to chose EMMC boot type;
3.The pin named module_power_on was pulled up to 5V_AO;

Is that right? Are there any aspects not considered?

Hi, there is description about power sequence of Power OFF → Power ON (Auto-Power-On Case) in OEM DG. Did you check if your design follow that sequence?
