Hi @josh.harle, this is great and thanks for sharing the video and script!
For the blendshape conversion, please try increasing the values in 3 sliders in the tool a bit more (weight regularization, temporal smoothing), then you will get more stable result.

Thanks @yseol, I didn’t have a problem with the export I ended up using, but the have had to crank them up in other situations. Thanks for the advice! 👍 Great tool!
