Recovery mode does not work(Jetson AGX Xavier)

I want to use force recovery mode for jetson AGX Xavier setup.
But it doesn’t work.
It turns on, but it’s not force recovery mode.
Is this a hardware issue?
Or is it a configuration issue?
If it’s a configuration issue, I want to know how to make it work.

Did you hold the recovery button (S503) and then press power button? Did you measure the voltage level of S503 (probe on R731 or R724) to make sure it is low when hold the button?

→yes

So,I ran the command and solved it.

sudo reboot –-force forced-recovery

Maybe the button is broken.

It would be better to find out why the button doesn’t work by probing the voltage level of it.
