Remote flashing after SDK manager is ready

Is it possible to remote flash the Drive AGX Xavier device after installing everything on the host Ubuntu machine? Below is the current stage in installation process.

Flashing needs an A2A USB cable to connect the host machine to the target.

But, after the flashing to to use the tools and run applications/samples, I can do using remote access?
